Shattered Neon: A Cyberpunk-Fantasy TTRPG

In the year 2030, the celestial spheres shattered, and magic came flooding back into the world. The Shattering, as it came to be called, changed everything. In the instability it caused the oppressed rose up, the corporations bribed and promised their way into greater power than anyone could have expected. At least, anyone that wasn't listening. Now the world stands as a terrifying cross between the deepest hopes of trans-humanism and the greatest fears of the masses. Not all is lost however, Neonhearts are individuals who go against the grain, inspiring hope as they value the morality they hold more than any law that might stop them.


Shattered Neon is a d8 based Cyberpunk-Fantasy TTRPG and the debut game of 20Clawz Studios entering early access here on itch.io! In it, players play a crew of Neonhearts. Individuals whose value of morality over legality inspires hope in others. The world of Shattered Neon is filled with many monsters. Some of them are metaphorical, others less so, but if one thing is certain it is that hope will always remain as long as Neonhearts live.

Shattered Neon already hosts 8 unique Exo-types, dozens of traits, and over 20 different cybernetics to customize player's Neonhearts mechanically, not just cosmetically. With more on the way as updates continue.

Shattered Neon is a game made to bring the punk back into cyberpunk. With a worldview focusing on the injustices and horrors in a world where the drive of profit has eclipsed almost everything  in the unending hunger of corporate entities. Shattered Neon does not shy away from the harms brought about by trillion dollar gods, nor does it forget that resistance continues even in the darkest of times. In fact, it asks players to consider their character's morality - or what is left of it - in a world where holding onto one's moral fiber is becoming ever more increasingly difficult. Players are rewarded with luck points as they roleplay their motivations, ideals, ambitions, and bonds with others. With the circles system who a character is is not the only question to ask either, but also how where they have come from has shaped them even now.

Shattered Neon is currently in early access. As a result, you do not need to pay money to play our current public itch.io release! All donations will be used to support the developers in our day-to-day life as we try to make a cyberpunk-fantasy ttrpg worth your admiration and love.
